Is there a way to block numbers? My 9 & 11 year old got cellular Apple watches for Christmas. I set them up as family members on my phone. They are getting an obnoxious amount of spam calls. I am not seeing any way yo block these numbers.

Have you looked at the call log on your cell phone to see if the numbers your children are getting appear in your recents? If they do, you can block them from your cell phone.

From the Phone app, tap Recents, then tap the Info button 
next to the phone number or contact that you want to block. Scroll down, then tap Block this Caller.
