Selecting the app for automatically start after connecting the Bluetooth headphones

I need help setting up automation on iOS 15. I want to set up automation so that after connecting the Bluetooth headphones, a menu appears with options for launching one of several applications such as: music, audiobooks, podcasts, etc.

I tried to do this through commands-> automation-> selection from the menu, but I could not figure out how to bind further application selection to the menu items.

Please, help!
