forgotten passcode of the phone

Hello, I have a huge problem with the lockscreen's password of my phone. Somehow I have forgotten my passcode, and I could not enter it. The face recognition also did not work - needed passcode. I have tried 6 times with the password \i used, and my telephone was blocked. Went to a service ehere my phone was restarted completely. But when I try to sign up again, with the same icloud, I still need the passcode to access my phone..... Heed your help! Please! :(
