ghost touching in XS max after more than 2 yrs i am using

MY Iphone XS max was working properly for 2 years then from 3 month now touch screen is not working properly only make ghost touches in the upper third if the screen .. when i leave the phone it works fine again for 2 or 3 days then return back to the same problem .. i contacted support several times and at first they said i can repair it for free as this problem is under REP programme for iphone x display problem .. and i asked specifically for iphone XS max and the authourized representative confirmed to me that it will be repaired for free .. i get in touch with the authorized repair center and they said they couldnt do it for free unless apple support send mail to them .. After 3 days leaving my phone their no one contacted the repair center and they didn't do the repair because my senior advisor left me and didnot contact me and when i called again another one started with me and also he cannot help .. conclusion : i am very unhappy with my decision to get iphone xs max
