MacOS bug: increase light screen before turning off, also if I reduce it to minimum

I have the MacBook Pro 2021 with macOS Monterey 12.1 and I don't know how to point out this bug to apple.

Basicly I'm using the MacBook connected to external monitor and I reduced it's light to minimum, so the screen is completely black. If I pass some minutes without doing anything the MacBook monitor change it's luminosity to low level (not more black).

This behaviour is quite strange as I don't know if it's a bug or wanted.

Thanks for a feedback.
