Accounting software for MacBook Pro

Hi,

I have been using 'Numbers' really only to submit financial data of my personal income (self-employed) for my accountant but she is retiring and I want to start using Accounting Software to do more of my own accounts as well as possibly do book keeping as a part-time job for others ( I am a Senior but am a fast learner so would enjoy learning how to use new software)

Can anyone advise me if 'Quickbooks' would be the software to use? When I try to search online for this, as with more products, the responses are not unbiased or truthful.

Quickbooks is definitely the leader. Do an internet search for "Quickbooks market share."
