The font used in an app is up to the app developer.
Well that sounds logical but it did not do that on my last phone it was enlarged it appears to be more or less than Apple issue from what I'm seeing that you could be right I came from an Android device and when you increase the font size it did it across the board every app not just some
Yes it changes the font size on the phone but not the ebay app my Note 20 ultra changed everything across-the-board
