iCloud+ subscription / Do we lose the 5 free GB ?
When we switch to iCloud+ , do we keep the free 5gb (so if we are 5, total would be 75gb for the 50GB subscription) or do we lose the 5gb paying in fact for 25gb ?

Not sure how you are doing your Math. 5GB + 50GB = 55GB. But no, you don't get 50 additional GB. You get 50GB total. So technically you are paying for an extra 45GB if you want to see it that way.
Where are you getting 75GB? Or 25GB in any case?
The storage is not per device.
