You mentioned your account was suspended. Did you mean it's disabled or locked? If so, see the following depending on what is more relevant:
If your Apple ID is locked or disabled
If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'
If your Apple Cash account is restricted or locked
