Konica Minolta Print Drivers for a new MAC Laptop
I am trying to add print drivers to a new MAC that is using the OS Monterey but find no drivers that are compatible with the new OS, any ideas?

That printer is AirPrint compatible. It doesn't need a driver. About AirPrint - Apple Support
Go into the System/Printers & Scanners preference pane and remove the printer. Then add it back with the wireless AirPrint option.
