Today my iPhone 13 pro while i was using a app for scanning covid-19 verifications freeze for seconds and then screen went violett/black and restarted. i did go to analytics and see a panic full log. i have this phone like for 2 months never this happen again so i think maybe the app make it do this restart and bug? or is it a hardware problem?

Same thing happened to me. I was just using WhatsApp, opened the Camera and took pictures. Have there been instances of another crash from your first crash?
I did however reach out to Apple for some diagnostics. They said, might not be a hardware failure as it is not detected in the diagnostics but will have to do a back up and full restore. I will observe it for a day or two. See if another crash happens.

We would have no way of telling, click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.
Don't be concerned about the log. Every iPhone has such a log. It doesn't mean "panic" in the sense that we might think. Apple engineering has software to read these logs, which are rarely cause for concern.
til now no restarts i think its a software bug
