After the subscription is renewed, none of the old playlists are displayed on the laptop (both in the application and in the browser). At the same time, everything on the phone remained as before.

I renewed my subscription to Apple Music, as I could not pay before due to moving and living in another country, respectively, the possibility of paying from a card of a new country for me was blocked. After resuming, I found that there is not a single playlist saved/created by me in the library. I checked in the browser, the same thing. I went to check on my phone and everything was saved there, all playlists, all songs. I tried to transfer songs by creating new playlists using my phone and creating a new playlist by transferring tracks to it. Once I managed to create a playlist like this. All the subsequent ones were empty. Even if you try to create a playlist on your laptop first and add tracks from your phone to this playlist, still no track appears, although everything is successful on the phone. What to do about it?(the situation becomes even more fun when it is impossible to contact the support service directly, because either there is an error, lio asks for the product number, whiWhat to do about it?(the situation becomes even more fun when it is impossible to contact the support service directly, because either there is an error, lio asks for the product number, which I cannot have)ch I cannot have)

You might be able to fix your issue by turning Sync Library off for all of your devices, then turning it back on again.  Learn how.
