I can't receive new emails in my iPhone

i have tried to delete loads of my phone because i cannot recieve my emails and it still isnt working? what do i do

Welcome to the Apple Community.


Re: Email:

Wondering how your email account is set up,

and

whether you may have used all the email internet storage that is available to you online.


You could

(1) log-in to your e-mail account on the email provider's website (eg Yahoo, Gmail, AOL etc..)

and

(2) delete old emails there if necessary ... if you find old emails are filling up your account storage.


It would be possible to

(3) change the settings

so that emails are deleted in that original account, when deleted on your iPhone.
