i have deleted it and reinstalled it, i even turned my phone off and on but no matter what i do it will not work. Please help i can’t function without it

I just used it on 15.2 no problems.
Check you have not installed another app that kills it like VPN or security app, or turn off Private Relay in iCloud settings if it is on.
i checked and none of those helped
Let me be more direct: Do you have a VPN app installed on your phone? If you do, delete the app and its profile.
i don’t have any installed, it’s still not working
This happened to me today as well. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling Chrome. Cannot get past the first Chrome page where you "Accept & Continue". Completely unresponsive.
i have no clue how to fix it, im going to try again in the morning
