AppleTV Bluetooth is broken

I have a latest generation AppleTV 4K, up to date on firmware. For the last several weeks bluetooth has appeared to be broken in one respect. It will not reconnect to bluetooth devices automatically the way it used to. My Sony headphones are affected by this. Every time I use them, which is every night, I have to go into the system menus and reconnect. It takes 10-15 button presses and is REALLY aggravating.

Second, my Harmony Hub remote is connected via a BT device on the ATV called Harmony Keyboard. It too no longer will connect, rendering the Harmony Remote useless on the ATV.

It sounds like you're having some issues with your Apple TV connecting to various Bluetooth devices. We can help.

Since you're having trouble with more than one device, let's see if we can rule out any conflicts first. If you connect your Apple TV without any other devices beyond your television, does it work as expected?

If so, let's try connecting one new component at a time to see if we can isolate the behavior. After adding an accessory, test to make sure the set up is working how you expect. When we find the device that might be causing the conflict, we can troubleshoot further.

Additionally, let's also make sure the issue isn't caused by some sort of interference: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference.
