Iphone 12 connectivity issues
I switched from iphone 11to 12 pro max about 6 months ago. I have Verizon service. I have never had issues with cell reception. I have lte 4 bars and the majority of the time, although I can receive the calls, I cannot hear the person calling me. Either it is just silence, or the voice is so mechanical sounding i can understand or I can hear every 3rd word. I have replaced the SIMM card multiple times. Sent the phone in for replacement, turned 5 g off..... Nothing works. I cant believe no one knows why this is happening. All of my associates at work are having the same issues.
