Roblox app is asking for Restrictions to be turned off in order to work

I downloaded Roblox for my child and the app won’t open giving the message:

Restrictions Enabled

Certain apps, features or services can’t be seen or used when Restrictions are on. To use this app, turn Restrictions off.

I do not want to turn restrictions off as there are many options in there necessary for keeping the iPad suitable for use by a child.

It’s the only app I’ve ever encountered that demands full access to an unrestricted device.

I couldn’t find any further detailed information anywhere about what exactly they need access to.

Has anyone else had this issue and were you able to resolve it without completely turning off Restrictions?

Greetings jerrek71,

We understand that you have questions about restrictions that might be blocking a third-party app.

While working with the app’s developer to get the exact details on that may be best, a suggestion to check in Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions would be the Apps restriction. Depending on if that is set to an age limit, gradually upping that age limit to determine if or where that change allows usage.
