My second hand apple watch needs to be unlocked and cleared but unknown previous owner " Find my iPhone" to link their Apple ID. The message also read, " Find the original owner to have this device removed from their account. I have no idea who that is. This watch was purchased second hand.
Can anyone assist me in setting this watch up for myself?

The person that you bought this watch from needs to follow all the steps in this link;
Remove the Activation Lock so that the buyer can use it.
If they can't or won't then get your money back or recycle the watch and put it down to a bad experience.
