My IPhone showing Apple logo
My phone pops up the Apple logo and after pressing the lock button it shows to plug into a computer. I don’t have access to a computer.

We see that you're having trouble with your iPhone not booting up.
Based on the screen that you're seeing, you'll need to connect to a computer in order to attempt to restore it. If you don't have access to a computer, you'll want to look in to going to an Apple Store or service provider in your area.
