WiFi speeds 2020 M1 Mac Mini vs 2014 Macbook Pro

I have a new Mac Mini M1 in my studio, aka The Garage. The router is in the next room. Online speed test with Chrome browser is around 90Mbps. Safari about the same.

I have a 2014 MacBook Pro in the same location. Browser download speed test = 200Mbps.

What gives? I was thinking maybe something in the garage is causing interference, but why would that only affect the Mini?

I figured it out. I had a hub attached to the mini. Inside the hub was the old Applications drive that I migrated to the mini. Must have been causing a conflict. Download speed is now 277Mbps. Sweet.
