Why am I continuing to be charged by apple?

Why am I continuing to be charged by Apple different prices? I just paid $22 and now I’m being charged $14. I can’t download free apps on my phone because it’s charging my card and I don’t know why

The only thing I paid for is Disney plus and HBO max and both been canceled for months
