Second hand IPAD purchased

HI there, have purchased a second hand IPAD, previous owner has advised that she has wiped all details from IPAD however it's still locked to her Apple ID. How can I get this removed? She has said she has done everything possible to correct this.

If it's still locked the previous owner clearly hasn't unlocked it.


Refer her to How to remove Activation Lock and perhaps the paragraph about unlocking it from her iCloud account on the Internet.
