iPhone 11 (not pro) BACK Camera Blurry on 1x to 5x Zoom (0.5x to 0.9x & Front Camera Zooms Ok)

This MOST DEFINITLEY seems to be a manufacturing or software issue, particularly pertaining to versions of iPhone 11 (not pro).

Every support (and MANY other) recommendations I read, say to wipe off the lens or maybe try turning the HDR setting Off. Believe me, I am not the only iPhone 11 customer experiencing this problem. I've had this phone going on over a year now and the blurriness started well over 6-7 months ago, at least. I have tried EVERYTHING and to no avail. I am SO tired, and beyond frustrated, of not being able to use my iPhone's camera the way I intended to upon purchase. Personally, camera quality is a CRUCIAL purchasing factor, and why I have chose and loved using Apple/ iPhone products in the past. So, what is Apple doing currently, or what has been done (if anything) to resolve this ongoing issue?
