Request for refund

My 7-year daughter purchased a yearly plan of Photoshop Express Premium on the AppStore without my permission.

Order no: MX5N3Y29TB

Date: Jan 4/2022


On the next day, I have reported this problem to Apple. Today, I have checked the status of the complaint, and it displays that the amount was refunded on the 6th of January, but the amount hasn't been refunded into my account yet.

Approved refunds take up to 30 days for most payment methods. Click here for more information.


If the one used is no longer valid, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
