reboot

Dear Apple service

Im writing to you wishing you can help me

I have troubles with my macbook pro. I had a road accident with it in my backpack. When i lookek at it i saw it wat hit in upper right corner.(near esc button). Screen was working perfectly fine, but touchbar screen didn’t work even though it worked, 1 in 20 times, then TB settings were deleted from keyboard settings. But the real trouble is when it tried to go to sleeping mode it started rebooting but worked fine while using it. With last macos it starte rebooting after a few minutes, even without sleeping mode. I took it to the service and as far as I understand they tried to backup to os it worked fine but smth went wrong and now mac is without os saying to visit apple.com/mac/startup. And when trying to install it doesnt go to screen offering to install Os. They say it could be because of icloud, and now they waiting for you to unlock it.
