how can I find out if my MacBook is new or refurbishied ?
Where did you purchase it? Was the box factory sealed? If purchased direct from Apple and NOT from the Apple refurbished webpage it is new.
2. Is it normal that I have 100% battery capacity and 62 Cycle count ? The MacBook was firstly purchased in December 2020.
It is quite possible and nothing to be concerned about. Do not worry about trying to micromanage your battery and simply use it. The hardware and macOS are designed to maximize the life of the battery.
. Are all refurbished MacBook made by Apple ?
If purchased directly from Apple, yes. If purchased as refurbished or "renewed" from anywhere else, the answer is no and you cannot be sure what you will be getting.
