How to move all contact to iCloud ?

every time I receive a FaceTime call I wandering why I'm getting the name in my phone while it's show the number only in the laptop?

So, I found that I have 5 accounts in my contact app. which cause this issue.

Can you help me to know (step by step) how to move all the contact to iCloud .
