When I visit a website for the first time, the favicon shows up but when I open a new tab or when I visit the website for the second time it doesn't show up and I tried cleaning the cache and also tried to clean it from the develop section but it still didn't work. (I'm using the latest version of safari 15.2 and the latest version of macOS Monterey 12.1 and I have the new 14 inch MacBook Pro).

Is the problem still there if you try to open a private window?

I have a question. Did this happen ever since you updated to safari 15.2? You can try to go to a previous version of safari. I have 15.1 and I have no problems with it. I hardly use safari since I use a different browser.
