where is walking steadiness on my IPhone 11? I have the latest update, but I don’t see it in my Health app.

Seems iPhone counts steps automatically if "Motion and Fitness Tracking" is on in the Health App (NB:would be on by default).

With Health app open > Browse > Activity > Steps to see your count.
