I was able to add the record to my health app, but the option to add to my wallet is not showing up. Any ideas on how I can add this to my wallet? I just got a new iPhone and I was able to add the same vaccine record to my wallet on my other phone.

Did you update the new device to the latest iOS? It is possible that it is taking some time for the records to be added to your device.

Some providers do not have the option to add it to Wallet app. The US Veterans Administration does not offer it but I can easily get to the health app if I need to show immunization status.
Thank you, my provider is the State of California which I know does offer the option. I'll try updating to iOS 15.2 as you suggested.
