App Specific Password failed;

APPL sends 6-digit 2FA without identifying device it intends to send to / was sent to;

logging into appleid.apple.com - fails for FireFox;

no ability to designate or receive 6-digit 2FA code on Android Phone.

6-digit 2FA flung to another random MacMini I have;

app-specific password generated doesn't echo on paste or type-in;

no indication of how to 'properly' type or identify the 'app' (in this case 'XCode') FAIL

no indication of how to 'properly' type or identify the 'app' (in this case 'iTunes Connect') FAIL

needing app-specific password(s);

app-specific password fails; XCode consequently is effectively disabled and unusable.

FIRST TIME EVER I've BEEN HANDED a LICENSE KEY WHICH IS UNUSABLE

DEAD-END security 'process'
