iPhone 12 Pro unable to turn off
My iPhone 12 Pro is frozen and unable to turn off. I have tried pressing button up and button down and side button, but still no response. How can I turn off my iPhone12? Please give me advised. Thank you.

Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
