My earpods with lightning connector have a sound problem when i plug it and listen a movie or music the sound is muffled and when i replug it the sound is good

If your headphones don't work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If this persists after reviewing that and happens with multiple devices, then we would recommend contacting Apple Support to look into your service options.

Understood, thank you for those additional details. If you are unable to test your EarPods with another device or use another pair of headphones, then we would still advise reaching out to Apple Support using the second link we previously sent over to look into having the EarPods inspected.

i only have one apple device (iphone 11) so i can't check if it is my phone the problem or the headphone and i also clean the lightning port
