IPhone 13 Pro Max screen is frozen and won’t respond to any touch screen command.
My iPhone 13 Pro Max is frozen. It doesn’t respond to any touch screen commands, including the “slide to power off.” Any suggestions?

Try a forced restart of your 13, using these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
If the issue persists, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
