iPhone X notifications not working after 15.2 update.

Zero app notifications are working on my phone. Gmail, Ring, my two-factor app for work, all off them generate zero app notifications. Focus is not turned on and I have disabled notification summary. Every app is set for immediate notification delivery and all types of notifications are selected for all my apps. I fully reset my phone to factory settings and th problem persists. Help! I’m missing important emails because I am not constantly opening my apps.
