Can I add outside subscriptions that I already have to my new Apple TV, such as Paramount?

If you already have a subscription with Paramount then yes, you should be able to use your existing login and password info.

If you have an Apple TV HD or Apple TV 4K model, yes you can add hundreds of apps and games. Please refer to Apple TV's app store to download the app and then subscribe to them.
