How do I turn off one click shift on a magic keyboard?

Have searched through Settings/Accessibility, cannot remember how I turned ON one-click shift key on my magic keyboard. I don’t want to use this feature any longer on my magic keyboard. Where did I turn this on?

This is a function of Sticky Keys. I turned it off and will turn back on when desirable.
