How to cancel subscription from apple
Hi I pay $2.99 a month to Apple for storage that I do not need anymore. I am unsure of how to cancel this. Please help.

Sorry to hear you are wanting to downgrade your iCloud+ storage plan.
In order to downgrade, you would go to your device Settings > Name > iCloud > Manage Storage > Change Storage Plan > select the 5GB free plan.
Keep in mind that all content will be lost/erased/removed that exceeds the 5GB plan moving forward.
If you are also requesting a refund for the most recent renewal, in addition to cancelling the plan, you can submit a refund request online at reportaproblem.apple.com.
