USb tethering keep disconnecting, only for my PC

So i am currently using both my iphones 11/12 Pro Max as USB hotspots to have a better connection than my ADSL Ethernet.

But, every 2 min, the Speed drops to 0, i have no connection on my PC but, my phone still has the 4g working/Hotspot on and detected.

The only way for me to have the connexion again is to disconnect/reconnect the phone manually. (cable unplug/plug)

Everything worked fine for a month but then it started doing that every 40 min...and now its like every 1/2 min.

Tried switching Sim card (different provider, does the same)

tried switching phones, USB cables, USB ports, does the same

Connection another phone also make the same thing, no internet for it either
