Apple hardware has a limit on the number of Apple IDs which can be created. However, you can create an Apple ID by other means. Apple's support page How to create a new Apple ID explains how, but in summary:
- Create an Apple ID on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Create an Apple ID on a Mac
- Create an Apple ID on a Windows PC
- Create an Apple ID on another device -
To sign in using a new Apple ID your iPhone must be signed out of any other account it was using in the past.
