Apple watch series 7 missing in delivery UPS
Hi all,
I would like to ask for your suggestion on what I should do on this matter.
I had ordered an Apple watch series 7 for my dad as a present, and I was tracking this item from Apple via UPS (I live in the UK). But, after it was shipped to the UK, on the way between processing, it was recorded as 'Missing merchendise'. I have raised this issue with Apple and also the UPS, and apparantly is under investigation. I was wondering what I should do next?
Will Apple provide replacement for this? My dad was looking forward to this, and I did not have heart to tell him it went missing on the way.
I was home only for holidays, but I had to extend my week because of this - I don't know how long it will take...
Any advice?
