Locked out of my email

How do I unlock my email when Apple keep sending the code for my Apple ID password to the email i’m locked out of? Ignoring my emergency contact. It’s been a week and no further forward. Wishing I hadn’t upgraded.

How to unclock an email account using apple ID when it is locked and you can't log into the email account because it is frozen?? How do I unlcok an apple ID using an email account when I can't log into the email account because it is locked? It is an icloud account.

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
