I like to leave my Macbook Pro (2021 with Monterey 12.0.1 plugged in when I'm not using it. Unfortunately, every time it reaches a full charge, the power chime sounds. It seems to lose a little power from being in sleep mode, so it has to top off the charge after 3 or 4 minutes. This means the @#$#@!! chime is in hysteresis, sounding every few minutes repeatedly each time the Macbook returns to a full charge.
How do I disable this?

You can try unplugging the power adapter from the mains for a bit to reset the internal circuitry of the magsafe.
If your MagSafe cable or power adapter isn't working - Apple Support
Since there is no SMC or NVRAM on the M1 SoC...
