Itunes library
I just got a new Win 11 pc and itunes will not recognize my old music, my library is empty.
how can I get the old music back.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. From you current post, you're having an issue with a previous library and music on your current computer.
If you have a backup of your previous library or computer, you can import the library in iTunes: Move your iTunes library to another computer
If these were purchases, you'd need to redownload them: Redownload music
If these were from other sources, you would need to reimport them from those sources (including CDs).
