I scanned in my photos to iphoto on my mac and then made slideshows of them. I have put them on a flashdrive. I would like to create a photobook and use the pictures. they are in apple mpeg-4, is there a way to convert the slideshow pictures to jpegs to use for a photobook??

It is possible, but video resolution is so much lower than a typical jpeg, that the photo book will be very poor quality.
None that would be as good as the original images. Where are they?
Unfortunately I no longer have the originals of the pictures. I was hoping to be able to take the photos that are in the slideshow and convert them to a jpeg....I guess that's not possible:(
Is it possible to get the steps on how to do this so I can see how the resolution would be?
