I forgot my i cloud mail password how can I reset?

If iCloud mail address is an Apple ID and signed in iPhone reset the password see the article If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

If iCloud mail address is created with some mail services and its not signed as an Apple ID , reset the password on web account .
