Apple does not register warranties, indeed there is no need to register a warranty with any vendor - your statutory warranty does not depend on this. All you need is your proof of purchase.

If you purchased your cable and adapter through the Apple online store your purchase will be visible in your store account.

For Apple products with serial numbers you can see the support and warranty status online.
