Not receiving Email
I updated my Comcast/Xfinity Account and changed password, now I noticed that I can’t receive my email or send emails. Any suggestions?

Hi,
Sorry to hear you are having issues with your third-party email account connected to the Mail app.
If you have recently changed the password to your email account, you will need to enter the updated password for that account within your device Settings in order to continue sending and receiving emails.
Once this has been done, you should then be able to send and receive email through the Mail app as normal.
