Hi,


Sorry to hear you are having issues with your iPhone.


You mentioned this issue happened suddenly; does the product have any accidental or liquid damage? If no, confirm you are updated to iOS 15.2.


If the issue persists, try to force restart your iPhone:

  1. press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. press and hold the power button until you see the Apple logo appear on the screen.


If that does not help, I would recommend contacting Apple Support for further assistance.
