iPhone 13 pro charger keeps connecting and disconnecting

Every five to twenty seconds when my phone is plugged in I get the whir that my phone just connected to power.

Troubleshooting I've done so far:

Used multiple charging setups and outlets. First it was happening on the authentic Apple charger, and now it's happening on the brand new Anker brick and some $30 braided cable I got at Target.

The problem is exactly the same with both chargers so I'm thinking it's the charge port.

I used a flashlight and looked for debris, didn't see any and all the pins appear to be straight.

I've also recently restarted my phone which hasn't affected it.

Do I need to schedule an appointment at the Apple store?
